Developing a complete in-house pipeline for fMRI clinical data preprocessing and analysis. This project was developed using python scripting in addition to some FSL ready components (FSL FEAT, FLIRT and GLM). In this project different connectivity analysis techniques are applied and different correlations with drug effects are calculated. Tools used: Python (numpy, and pandas,) and FSL.
