Wrote a macro in VBA code to automatically close and save files after a certain idle time. Solved the problem that people having trouble accessing files in the SharePoint because someone else has the file opened. Wrote a batch command (.bat) to automate the files renaming and creating process and introduced it to the team. Reduced 90% time spending on organizing files. Purchasing Research and Data Gathering: monitoring and data entry into tracking logs and FI$CAL databases.
