- I defined the idea of a decentralized font marketplace for the ETHOnline hackathon, then fostered a balanced team that included another font engineer, a project manager, and a full-stack developer, and finally, we won as one of the 14 finalist teams among 360 projects. - I improved the UI of several pages by refactoring the styling and React components. I helped with some of the necessary fixes in the subgraph schema and mappings that allowed us to continue with the development.

I managed to improve the maintenance of components used in different parts of the application by 80%, by refactoring them allowing their use in a simpler way and without having to update the same code in different components. I reduced the API calls for displaying customer and merchant tickets on the frontend by 90%, by centralizing all the logic of the calls in a single component that receives the parameter through an input from the parent component. I developed the crucial part of the frontend of the commerce portal in 3 weeks, so that the startup could go into production, by adapting to the work and tools used by the startup's internal team, connecting to their backend and optimizing various parts of the interface.

- I planned the complex Python scripts and plug-ins for the team, making the team work more effective by 50%. - I encouraged my team to present our latest project in the Typographics TypeLab 2022, which is a plug-in that allows the design team to quickly draft images attached to brand guidelines, reducing their design time by 80% or even more in specific images. - I directed the creation of a Python plugin that allowed us to create a boxed font from other existing fonts, the plugging wired up the box drawing, the open-types features writhing, all the production, the interpolation, the QA and the export workflow, it reduced a 99% the time to create a boxed font from a regular font that received changes and also reduced 100% the time for the designers to create boxed words or sentences.
