• Worked on a project of histopathology image data analysis by using Deep learning techniques. • Applied Convolutional Neural Network model (CNN) in PyTorch on the training set consists of around 11,000 whole-slide images of digitized H&E-stained biopsies. • Detected and classified the severity of prostate cancer on images of prostate tissue samples. • Estimated severity of the disease using the most extensive multi-center dataset.
