  • Software Engineer

    Tinker Tech•  March 2020 - Present

Participated during development milestones from initial steps through CI/CD processes up to final deployment. However, most experienced in development, not testing (though was making build, unit, linting tests) or deployment. Built projects following architectural/development methodologies (e.g. monolith & micro-services). Followed both collaborative and independent development. Mostly DevOps & Back-End experience rather than Front-End. Stack: Python (Django, Django Rest Framework, Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis), MSQL, PostgreSQL (usually using ORM), Vue JS, Nginx, Docker, AWS, Azure, Git.

Education

  • Nazarbayev University

    Computer Science, BS•  August 2016 - June 2020

Wireless Sensor Networks Research: Research on Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) Architectures. Discovery and Analysis of WSN Architectures for Environmental Monitoring Applications. Proposal of Efficient Monitoring via Integration of WSN Architectures | Bioinformatics Research: Research aimed to generate new molecules that could be potentially used for drug discovery. Collaborated with team of professors and students to identify and determine methods for data collection to be used for analogs generation. Generated new analogs molecules using Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN). Verified molecules via molecular docking, Tanimoto coecient and existing ligands. | Neuroscience Research: Research aimed to observe and study human brain activities during natural viewing process. Participated in international team consisting of professors and students. Used method for Multiset Canonical Correlation Analysis to detect the correlation along with Independent Component Analysis to remove artifacts. IEEE Xplore: ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/9176083. Participated in the research for a couple of days | Extra: Participated in HackNU Hackathon competition. Participated in ACM ICPC 2019 programming competition. Participated in 2019 International hackathon competition (across Kazakhstani and Russian competitors). Note: I'm not claiming to be a professional competitor but took a very little part in such events.
