worked as Junior Engineer My Responsibilities are Monitor and maintain BSNL’s telecom network, including telephone lines, broadband, fiber optics, and mobile towers. Provide technical support to customers for issues related to landlines, internet connections, and mobile networks. Analyze performance metrics and service data to identify areas for improvement in network quality. Generate and maintain reports on network performance, customer complaints, and troubleshooting activities. Handle customer complaints and inquiries regarding network issues and service disruptions. Collaborate with customer support teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively. Maintain detailed records of work orders, maintenance logs, and customer complaints.
