Developed a compensation management program for ~300 employees, that helps to track stock, options, and bonuses worth several $100m, as well as manages holdings, trades, legal e-signatures, audit log, cap table, approval process chains, payroll interface, and more. • Created administration consoles for both the HR and Finance departments and collaborated across departments to fit user needs. • Utilized new technologies including Flask, SQLite, Google Identity API, JavaScript, jQuery, AWS, EC2, and more. Developed and supported an employee-to-employee rewards program for 4+ years that is in daily production use by ~300 users in 9 countries, where coworkers can thank each other for various contributions. • Created a program that managed over 20,000 certificates including currency conversion, multiple redemption options, and a company-wide “showcase” display. • Developed a user portal, admin console, usage statistics, automated annual rollover, and auditable redemption tracking in Google spreadsheets.
