• Continuous Development of Business Administration software for automating Apple Authorized Service Provider tasks (5+ locations). Including customer control, customer service, customer communications (email, SMS, calls), invoices, parts inventory, accounting control, employee control, etc. Using FileMaker as database manager, integrated with PHP and React front end client web apps, and leveraging multiple Rest API to integrate services into the systems workflow. (since 2012 to date) • Developed an in-house app with FileMaker to manage a fleet of Uber drivers, the app managed the communication with them, to get the info about the cars, services and payments. (2015) • In-house server deployment, management and maintenance (Linux Ubuntu and macOS).
