Data Cleansing & Pre-processing: Processed 9000 rows of text samples, associating each with an average of 6 labels and conducted data cleaning, normalization, and label association for dataset quality. Model selection and training: Utilized Hugging Face Transformers library to fine-tune a pre-trained BERT Uncased Transformer model and trained the model for 2 epochs, rigorously optimizing its performance. Model evaluation: Achieved high accuracy in multi-label classification by tailoring the model for dataset optimization.
