• Embedded C ‑ Performed system level failure analysis and debugging of controller firmware (FreeRTOS) • Binary File Decoder ‑ Made a binary file decoder for BMS’s SD Card and contributed to the file system structure of future batteries (C++11) • EMI/EMC ‑ Tested stacked boards in electric vehicle battery in cross functional team (IEC/CISPR) • Lead Developer ‑ “BMS Diagnostic Tool” ‑ Python Desktop Application, which fetches USB CAN bus data from the battery to display various parameters on desktop and resolves raised error flags either by taking appropriate software action automatically using CAN bus or suggest appropriate action to user for hardware issues (Python3, QT5/PySide2, multi‑threading) • Data Analysis ‑ Analysed >100 GB of running battery data using Python scripts to help R&D in Root Cause Analysis of faulty batteries, add more flags and avoid the same in future batteries (Python3 Scripting)
