As a Junior Software Developer, I am responsible for contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions. My role includes:  Programming with the latest styles, frameworks and with standards.  Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.  Successful completion of the deliverables in prescribed time  Research and evaluate a variety of new technologies & trends  Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.  Requirement gathering for new project and scoping (effort estimation).  Requirement analysis documentation.  Driving projects and product development through proper guideline as and when required  Interact with all experienced functional consultants with purpose to write design parameters.  Providing advice, training and technical support for various projects.  Interaction & communication with clients.  Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
