• Operated and monitored electrical system of one of India’s largest thermal power plants. • Identified electrical isolation points for maintenance jobs and safely isolated them with systematized LOTO (Lockout Tagout) and PTW (Permit to Work) procedure. • Trained on how to control the entire power plant via simulated system on a control desk. • Participated in installing thermistors in service transformers with electrical maintenance team, to prevent false tripping of the equipment. • Conceptualized an innovative LOTO/PTW procedure to improve the efficiency of the system and mitigate the possibility of human error. • Led a team of 16 to secure a position in Top 8 among more than a hundred by giving the aforementioned idea in the annual ideation competition InnoRise'22 held among the new joiners of Tata Power across India.
