Analyzing server logs and backend data for in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA). Spearheading automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency of regular tasks and modernize operational procedures. Writing and executing SQL queries for daily problem-solving, operational tasks, and system enhancement. Performing sanity and regression tests on large platforms as part of system migration programs and system upgrade deployment activities across App, Portals, and USSD mediums; defect posting, re-testing and report preparations. Presenting new features, conducting UATs showing system upgrades, bug fixes; creating SOPs, configuring fee-commission structures, and overseeing go-live procedures for business growth. Creating tickets to vendors for core level fixes, managing follow-ups, and handling communication via JIRA; overseeing fix deployments and post-fix tests.
