Owning the global on-prem and cloud infrastructure availability, operability, recoverability and evolution. Enabling collaboration in the team. Championing technical part of security compliances: PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR. In this role, I've also worked on assessing and selecting the primary public cloud provider.

Senior Manager

Overseeing the team responsible for architecting, building and managing global cloud infrastructure systems that are the heart of ServiceNow. Provide technical leadership to the Systems Engineering team, interfacing with engineering and development teams on new systems and enhancements of existing systems. Responsible for recruiting, team development and creation of key performance metrics. The accomplishment I’m most proud of in this role was building a successful team from scratch in Ireland.
