Learned about and utilized Python and Java-based natural language processing (NLP) methods and unsupervised machine learning algorithms by applying them to interpret and draw relationships between large collections of scanned scientific documents relating to magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) power generation. Received ~$8,000 in funding through the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education and the U.S. Department of Energy.

Completed a rigorous three-month training course to become an AppleCare College Advisor. iOS and MacOS trained. Supported the launch of iOS 12, iOS 13/iPadOS Beta Profiles, MacOS Mojave, and WatchOS 5. Discussed and conceived technical solutions for emerging issues pertaining to iOS and MacOS Software with on-site engineers, fellow advisors, and senior advisors. Assisted customers and others with reaching the correct resolutions for software or hardware issues pertaining to iOS, WatchOS, and MacOS devices.
