Since 2018, I've been with Avega, a consultancy firm, with my first assignment at UC (Credit Information Center) marking a significant impact in the Swedish financial sector contributing to a transparent and reliable foundation for credit decisions. Besides my technical role, I've acted as a mood manager organizing activities, conferences, and events to boost team spirit. In my six years at my assignment at UC, I’ve worked on uc.se and minuc.se, starting with front-end development and later leading as a Tech Lead. I coached developers and collaborated with the UX team to create a component library. I also became a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and served as a Scrum Master, helping teams through changes and process improvements. Recently, I’ve been involved in UC’s SAFe transformation, coaching others and onboarding a team from TCS in India. I’m skilled in .NET, Optimizely 12, VueJS, React, and familiar with tools like JetBrains Rider, Visual Studio, and Jira.
