NoCode Platform Developer

After leaving Comarch, where I initiated a prototype for a NoCode platform, I set out to build this system independently, creating a comprehensive solution for business departments. The platform enables the automatic creation of complex applications (ERP, CRM, HRM) without coding, based on a microservices architecture and a data model aligned with DDD and CQRS. As the sole developer, I am responsible for the full project cycle, including architecture, coding, performance optimization, and overall platform development.

Chief IT Architect / Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, I unified the technology stack and optimized R&D processes across a company of over 6,000 employees (including 5,000 technical staff), increasing team efficiency and reducing implementation times. I created a central knowledge repository and developed a NoCode platform prototype to support innovation and operational efficiency. I also built and managed competency teams, aligning them with the organization’s evolving needs.

I led the creation and growth of an “internal startup” team at Comarch focused on developing radiology products such as RIS, PACS, Teleradiology, WebDICOMViewer, and eRegistration. I built a 50-person team from the ground up across R&D, implementation, and support, overseeing dozens of deployments in various medical facilities. In this role, I was responsible for all aspects of product development, including architecture, project design, team management, and strategic product decisions as a product manager.

R&D Department Manager

As an R&D Department Manager, I led the development of key systems for the medical industry, such as Teleradiology and eRegistration, collaborating with a team I built and developed from scratch. I maintained high quality and timely project delivery despite limited resources. My focus on system architecture, team efficiency, and skill development contributed to the success of deployments and the evolution of medical products.

I developed an EKG analysis tool using machine learning and supported the technical development of junior developers in the R&D team. My solutions contributed to the automation of diagnostic processes and the effective application of modern technologies in medical practice. This role provided valuable experience, laying the foundation for my further path at Comarch.

I began as a frontend developer and then, as the only candidate out of many, transitioned to the backend team, where I worked on payment systems in PLSQL and independently developed legacy projects. My ability to adapt and solve problems in undocumented systems led to the successful implementation of new functionalities and improved system performance.
