• Analyze and create reports for CRM promotional program and sellers behaviour & activity in platform regarding ads. • Creating promotional program to increase ads adoption rate that will have straight impact to company overall revenue. • Develop a plan for acquiring new sellers and how to retain existing sellers to use in platform ads. • Manage the setup, creation and updating push notifications, landing pages, in platform communication channel, and reports for promotional programs. • Develop communication templates (in-app or app push) for consistency and effectiveness in accordance with brand guidlines and best practices. • Identify improvement areas, use cases for CRM promotional management tools, and seller management capabilities for the development roadmap. • In charge of strategizing Onsite Marketing Solutions initiatives to grow the solution revenue. • Advised client (seller) on the feasibility of long and short-term marketing plans (Paid Ads) through client feedback, analytics tools, intensive research, and not limited to sales conversion statistics. • Report and make recommendations to management regarding sellers' Paid Ads performance and overall Paid Ads bidding process.
