Developed/Maintained 500+ chatbots across various channels like Whatsapp, Google Business messages, Google Assistant, Web etc. Rewritten core code used in every bot to optimize API calls. Created in app caching mechanism using Redis to store some reusable API responses like Auth token thereby reducing API calls to 50%. Created wrapper functions for most used APIs thereby creating an abstraction layer to promote data security and better exception handling leading to 20% less bugs. Took academy sessions to share technical and functional knowledge to new joinees and clients.

Covid India Task Force•  July 2020 - November 2020

Volunteered to help CITF in their fight against Covid-19 pandemic. Developed Plasmayoddha web application(jQuery and Node.js) with Maharashtra gov. to help facilitate Plasma therapy research for treatment of Covid-19. Developed TracerIND from scratch, web app in React and mobile app in React-Native with Andhra Pradesh gov. to help medical officers record and keep track of people’s health in tribal areas.

Senior Systems Engineer

Migrated several applications from Ant build to Maven, clearcase to git along with IBM websphere server upgrade. Developed simulators for JMS, SOAP and GraphQL services singlehandedly from scratch for testing in DEV environment which reduced the testing time and effort by almost 80%. Mentored peers in enhancing their core technical and non-technical skills.
