Led and organized a team of five members in the role of quality assurance where we tested API routes using Postman, cross-browser testing, and usability testing to ensure full GUI functionality. Referenced OWASP top ten standard awareness document to ensure data privacy and security were protected. Carefully planned meetings with QA team members, as well as formulating weekly tasks for individuals to evenly distribute the workload where we used Notion to track any bugs that were found. Closely collaborated with sub-groups within the development team, doing live testing, planning meetings, and curating presentations for our client.

Accurately entered data into TeamDynamix ticketing system using strong attention to detail to update and maintain end user specific needs for support. Prioritized numerous tasks ranging from software installation, updates, fixes and equipment installation over weeks and months at a time. Imaged an abundance of laptops during a large initiative to prepare laptops with the adequate tools necessary for teachers and staff members of SVSU to perform their day-to-day duties.
