I am the Coordinator of Data and Assessment Management at Indiana Wesleyan University in the School of Educational Leadership. To clarify my role: I conduct data collection, cleaning, transformation, and visualization for institutional and program improvement. In addition, I am accreditation assistant who works on regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders at the University, State, and Federal level. Lastly, I coordinate and facilitate Candidate Improvement Plans for students who need additional support throughout their program.
