    Participated in the developed a receivable tracking system and follow up process for Fuzu, reducing the number of bad debts from 40% to around 13% for the close of 2021. I have helped ensure proper documentation, with more than 90% of the activities in the company having document proof, and thus reducing auditing costs. Manage the company’s finance tasks across the different entities, including: • Preparing management accounts, • Ensuring that all accounts are up to date, • Acting as a point of contact between auditors and accountants in all the entities of the company, and • Building Finance processes that ensure scalability.

    As part of the WaSHPaLS MHM Project, I collected in the CBA team’s data in the factories that was pivotal to the project’s aim of promoting Menstrual Health Hygiene in the workplace. The overall results show a 120% increase in the outcomes of both women and the companies if menstrual support is provided in the workplace. My main duties included: • Conducting preliminary studies on standard measurements of productivity in the companies. • Determining and collecting productivity measures across the term of the project, and • Determining the costs associated with the project for the company and factories.

  • Customer Success Associate

    Fuzu•  November 2020 - June 2021

    Participated in the fine tuning of three of the most used B2C products on the Fuzu platform – Career Coaching and Premium CV, and Instant Feedback. Career coaching grew to a $500-1000 a month product within three months. Premium CV is now the highest grossing product on the B2C end. I did this by: • Reaching out to users to understand their current career goals, • Guiding users through Fuzu’s services based on their needs. • Incorporating the feedback received to grow the company’s product and sales pipeline.

    Formed part of the small team responsible for the development of the economic measures in the Impact Plan (2019) for the Kenyan water sector, along with setting the plans to meet the UN’s MDG by 2025. These included the water rates that water service providers could charge their customers to ensure their economic sustainability in the long term. Performed financial analyses of the water service companies in the country. This included: • Providing analyses and recommendations on projects, • Setting fair and justifiable prices, and • Assessing the economic viability of water service providers and ability to meet the consumer’s needs.
