- Developed a conversational airport chatbot using Rasa Open Source. The chatbot can handle general chit-chat, FAQs, answer queries related to vehicle parking facilities, recommend airport shop products and other services offered, and retrieve real-time flight status based on the user-provided flight number and date of departure/arrival using the Aerodatabox API. - Built a chatbot widget using jQuery and Materialize CSS. - Implemented the storage of the chatbot's conversation history on the Firebase Cloud Firestore database.
