Develop scalable, highly available, and high-performance websites running on Python, Vue.js, PHP (Laravel), and headless Shopify. The websites are eCommerce shops (merchandise shops) of international artists like Lana Del Rey, Drake, and Wiz Khalifa - deploying it to a global scale with more than 99.99% (four 9s) of availability. Reduce loading time of the website by setting up Content Delivery Network, asynchronously loading the images & videos, and redesigning the app to be more mobile-friendly. This resulted in reduced loading time by more than 60% and 90% for mobile and desktop respectively. Setup analytics (Google Analytics, Third-party apps), generate reports, build and track metrics on the websites to conduct trend analysis, prevent website downtime, and identify significant customer behavior. Effectively reducing bounce rates and increasing traffic, leading to a 240% increase in sales. Present improvement recommendations to senior management and deploy them. The following are the features developed: search products feature, add featured items, add buy now feature, and admin sort & filter. Streamlining the checkout process and increasing the conversion rate by more than 25%. Achieved cost savings of $100,000 on feature improvements by leading the feature development and cutting the development time by up to 6 months.
