Played a significant role in the development of the Cisco Prime Network Services Controller (Cisco PNSC), a virtual appliance designed to enable centralized device and security policy management for Cisco virtual services. Optimized the PNSC backend, written in C++, by adeptly integrating the TACACS+ library, further augmented by promptly addressing and resolving customer-reported defects. Automated test cases using Python UNITTEST, JSON and YMAM libraries, focusing on newly implemented features. Significantly enhanced the UI and frontend of the Cisco PNSC by leveraging Adobe Flex GUI, integrating new features and functionality to improve user experience and system efficiency. Managed and improved the code for Cisco's PPP, PPPOE, and VPDN modules, significantly enhancing network reliability and performance.
