I work as a Software Engineer for project of Financial and Helathcare My activities where: • Leading support team in Mexico for healthcare. • Support activities L1, L2, and L3 to provide access to the customer facilities, using remedy to follow the tickets created. • Software Development of the requirement and bug fixing for the appointment application, the backend was java 8, Rest API to fullfill the front end, that was done with Thymeleaf, JSP, and javaScript (jquery). • Leading change requirements for the appointment application using agile methodology. • Change the mapping request due to the kafka consumers to match with the new request for the loan application, this was done using the Event-driven Architecture and messaging Pattern.
