I'm a principal engineer focused on supporting a team developing web and mobile banking products, currently working remote for card.com, a financial startup in the bay area. Prior to card.com I worked freelance supporting various multi-year web software projects from early concept-stage discovery phases to late-stage migrations & complete architectural refactorings. As a lead, I enjoy mentoring my team to discover what drives and inspires their work. A company thrives when its teams are free to experiment and foster new ideas, big or small.
