Rain Cloud Location Tracking for Localized Ground Station•  August 2023 - July 2024

Led the team and designed the whole system architecture. Implemented the cloud segmentation algorithm (OpenCV, Numpy, PIL). Trained an InceptionV3 base model to classify cloud patches (Keras). Developed the ground station prototype using Raspberry Pi as the embedded platform. Developed hardware components for 3d printing (FreeCad, Creality Slicer). Designed and developed the system’s frontend and backend.

Designed the database schema. Implemented the database using PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy. Developed API Endpoints using Python Flask. Designed and implemented system’s frontend using Figma, React Js, and Bootstrap. Coordinated the team on optimizing system functionalities. Facilitated project collaboration using Github. Developed system’s data visualization using Plotly Dash.

Project Anitun Tabu: A Weather Advisory System•  June 2018 - December 2019

Led the team and designed the system’s architecture. Developed the frontend with data visualization using Plotly Dash. Created an Arduino-based automated weather station in guidance of WMO-8. Implemented JSON formatted data transfer to microprocessor server through networking. Performed data analytics and graph visualization to real time weather data.

Anitun Tabu: Micro Automated Weather Station•  July 2017 - April 2018

Led the team and designed the system’s architecture. Iteratively improved the Arduino-based automated weather station prototype. Programmed the Arduino to facilitate weather monitoring and transmission of data through radio frequency and GSM.
