I was chosen to compose a new team in a critical system at the Central Bank, this system had had 3 other teams that were unsuccessful in development. In this new team, I was chosen by my colleagues as a technical leader. Our main function was, in addition to correcting what the previous team tried to develop in past sprints we also had to develop new Users Stories because the system had a very large backlog. Another task was to change the vision of the Product Owner (PO) as he was already discredited in the success of the project. In the daily work, in addition to the development of Users Stories, I was also responsible for correcting system performance issues, standardizing the front-end layer of the system, and also assisting my colleagues when they had questions or guiding them about the best way to implement some solutions so that it could maintain an acceptable performance.

I worked in a software factory where my main job was to develop a new electronic document management system. Soon after I was assigned to work on the projects of the Ministry of Health, where I worked in the architecture team where one of my functions was to help other developers to solve problems that they were not solving or use the best development practices. After a period in the architecture team, I was chosen to be the technical leader of a team with 3 developers. The four of us were responsible for putting into production a system of auditing the national health system that had not been finalized by another team and what had been done had great performance problems
