• Ingested various large, complex clinical omics datasets, which involved mining, cleaning, and analysing datasets using Python to derive meaningful insights for clients. Worked with various bioinformatics tools and databases to extract and analyse data. • Coordinated with APM’s to document deliverable specifications on Confluence, and guided interns on aspects of analysis. • Streamlined data acquisition by working out scripts to handle different data file formats acquainted at source, thus reduced the overall turn-around time for analysis per dataset, which made delivery of data products faster. • Utilized Excel to categorize and understand the structure of data and metadata to plan the extent and complexity of QC process, further also visualized the data to come up with a defined strategy for the DQA process. • Implemented scripts to automate the Data Quality Assessment process (structure, accuracy, and completeness) for datasets on firm’s repositories. This made sure, all the client offerings are true by quality and helped clean firm repositories.
