Improving processing speed from 200 images in 10 hours manually to thousands per hour, reducing manual workload by over 95%. • Constructed an automated preprocessing pipeline for region-of-interest cropping, reducing manual effort and positioned for future integration into AI model training workflows, ensuring faster and more consistent data preparation for upcoming projects.
