Diwo is a Business Intelligence (BI) application that harnesses the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms to analyze business data and generate actionable insights in a conversational (NLP) and interactive dashboard. As a Sr Big Data Engineer at Diwo, my primary responsibility was to design and implement data pipelines to efficiently ingest client's data into Diwo's data warehouse. In this role, I performed Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to cleanse, transform, and enrich the client's data, ensuring its quality and integrity. I collaborated closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and optimize the ETL workflows accordingly.
