 Manage technical components of onboarding and offboarding internal users which includes but is not limited to: provisioning, activating/deactivating applications such as Jira, Confluence, Email, Chat, BOSS etc.  Provide on-going IT support and resolutions to internal end users across a growing number of platforms;  Monitor and provide regular tickets updates in Jira  Document and make recommendations to process workflows to assist systems team  Administration of internal application platforms Jira, confluence and other applications as needed  Conduct regular audits to ensure systems comply with policy, security and privacy requirements  Participate in Systems and IPTV deployment and maintenance tasks where needed  Any future front line issues that might be created as a result of new products/services as well as any other duties as assigned by the Director of IT Systems.
