Applied the K-Means clustering algorithm to segment distributors based on purchasing behavior, SKUs billed, retailer billing, and preferences. Created a Python code to extract the required data from multiple e-commerce platforms. Conducted statistical examinations on television viewership data collected via enhanced TV meters, employing techniques such as ANOVA, ANCOVA, and hypothesis testing to inform decisions regarding the acquisition and utilization of upgraded TV meter systems. Used AR and ARMA models to predict channel TRPs for different genres, aiming to understand the upcoming positioning of the top 10 genres. Anomaly detection and treatment were performed on raw viewership data using Isolation Forest algorithm and 90% Winsorization technique. Demonstrated expertise in managing large datasets, with strong skills in data preprocessing and performing insightful analysis using various Python libraries. Implemented probability-based sampling methods such as SRSWOR and stratified sampling to create sample plans for the easy installation and replacement of Bar-O-meters. Delivered presentations on statistical techniques such as hypothesis testing, ANOVA, ANCOVA, etc.
