Updated the GitLab CI/CD pipeline for the Teams App to incorporate testing and vulnerability checks(using snyk integration) stage. Added new Microsoft Graph APIs in Teams App to get data in bulk and to make data retrieval from Microsoft more efficient. Organized 15+ sessions on Test-Driven Development (TDD), BDD, Microservices Architecture, and Working with Git for new joiners. Designed and developed a service to perform backups and restorations of Microsoft Group, SharePoint, Teams data using phalcon. Utilized Snyk tool to identify vulnerabilities and updated dockerfile and service requirement files to rectify them in multiple services. Spearheaded the development of a pip-installable state machine library, leveraged by 10+ microservices. Resolved complex customer escalations with exceptional solutions, issue count dropped significantly to 2-3 per month in just 3 months. Reviewed and provided insights on over 50 merge requests/pull requests, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and promoting collaboration within the development team.

Crafted a centralized service streamlining the deployment of ad server code across test servers. This service also automates the retrieval of essential information from ad servers, effectively reducing 20% manual verification time for team members. Explored techniques for crafting personalized automated services utilizing the Ansible Runner library in tandem with Python.
