Created financial models to project profitability and investment return for potential locations. Prepared investor decks for the landlords. They are asked to pay the cost of construction in return of revenue share. Market research for global expansion; site visits to Berlin and Athens. Enterprise Sales; Prepared feasibility reports for pricing and worked on the sales process. Completed deals: Istanbul offices of Getty Images, Booking.com, Gartner, Yandex and Netflix. The company has expanded from 10,000 to 45,000 sq m in two years.
