- Owned Meta's interview questions bank tooling as well as process and tooling around creation, approval and selection of interview questions. Successfully adopted by dozens of hiring pipelines and tens of thousands of interviews every year, enabling recruiting teams at Meta to hit business goals around hiring velocity and consistency (NDA). - Designed and launched a user-driven question review approach and tooling. This functionality is now adopted by over 30 recruiting pipelines. It accelerated the approval flow by 4 days and removed dependency in a dedicated team of reviewers. - Expanded user engagement in the question review process from 12 early adopters to 150+ by implementing targeted nudges and educational prompts. - Key contributor to overhauling Meta's interview process with new tooling and analytics that surpassed business goals around consistency, observability and user experience across 31 recruiting pipelines, used React, Relay, GraphQL and Hacklang. - Developed single-page note-taking system for non-technical interviews that extracts structured data out of unstructured feedback, enabling the company to get structured feedback out of non-technical interviews. - Collaborated with designers and senior engineers to develop various features, enhancing functionality across different feedback surfaces, resulting in more informed, objective, and predictable hiring decisions. - Simplified rule creation for interview decision support by refactoring thousands of untestable config lines into a few hundred lines of code, wrote JavaScript unit tests to prevent regression bugs and set clear rules for Cross-functional collaboration. - Reduced the time between the end of the screening interview and the scheduling of the full interview by 80% for major technical hiring pipelines, by implementing an agile candidate approval flow. - Implemented automatic labeling of candidates meeting certain criteria expediting their review.

- Delivered a cashier, invoicing, and travel expenses system for Masisa, Intejet, Anzen, Oro Negro, and Infra. - Refactored internal tasks tool from EXTJS and Java to Angular and Java EE, improving architecture and performance. - Implemented a self-service password-recovery portal with Angular and a Java for Arauco, Mabe, Infonacot, and Nasoft. - Built REST web services, encryption, and data-migration for custom SAP solutions for Grupo Mexico, NAFIN, BX+, eProcure, and Mabe. - Architected a solution and lead a small team to integrate a PHP ERP with SAP Business One using .NET Core 3. - Developed a customer bill report portal with Angular 6 and Java that connected to SAP for Office Max. - Maintained legacy applications built with SAPUI5, STRUTS, JavaScript, and Java for NASOFT and Grupo Mexico.
