Monitor and plan the ongoing development and implementation of the company's fully integrated ERP system and help define crystal clear software usage roles for the internal team. 5. Analyze the database structures and SQL queries, write queries, and measure the query performance. 6. Queries multiple data sources like oracle & sql server using SQL, develops ETLs, and produces reports using visualization tools: Power BI, Excel etc. 7. Develops data models, views, stored procedures, and cubes in SQL Server Management Studio & Oracle SQL Developer. 8. Analyzes data and provides insights and recommendations for organizational planning and operations. 9. Creates business analytics by synthesizing information from multiple sources of data for business decisions and strategic planning. Manages consolidation of complex data into meaningful information systems. 10. Leads the development of business rules to guide data system design, data collection, and data analysis. 11. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes to data systems. Develop systems test plan components and test scripts. 12. Acts in a collaborative function for research design, data collection, interpretation, and presentation. 13. Update and maintain all ERP functional documentations. Create system guidelines and manuals for the organization.
