Responsibilities : Learn manufacturing processes and offer support to production department through analyzing production data, implement and maintain internal standard work procedures, solving non-conformities using internal tools and communicate to people from structure lines in case they need help. Projects: 1. Non-conformity registration system: I moved Excel database of non-conformities to SharePoint List, I linked the SharePoint List with a Microsoft Form with Power Automate also with Power Automate I implemented a automation Mail system based on SharePoint List entries. I used Power BI for visualization and data analyzing. This project solved the following problems: - Missing data from excel table - Splitting the people from production zone who needed a write access but not editing to office people who needed full access. - An integration to Microsoft Teams and easy shareable report to the management. 2. VBA Scripts: I integrated different VBA scripts to eliminate repetitive work. Ex. Sending automate mails, looping through workbooks/sheets and modifying them as needed. 3. Analyzing Excel System : I made a Excel workbook to help production storing data from day to day activities and creating different Excel sheets to analyze the input from production. 4. SQL Server Reporting Services : Keep in touch with the data analyst to transpose management requirements for creating and maintaining reports in SSRS.
