My responsibilities included but not limited to: - Designing and implementing new core features in a set of projects (Pure PHP, Laravel, Nodejs, Python). - Refactoring modules in a variety of projects to meet with SOLID principles, OOP design patterns, and security best practices. - Ensuring software quality through testing. - Integrating 3rd party services with existing projects. (Firebase, Pusher). - Developing API to integrate services with front-end/mobile. - Creating and maintaining Software/API documentation (PHPdoc, jsDoc, Postman, Swagger). - Working alongside Front-end/Mobile Developers for integrating the user aspects of the application with the logic on the server side. - Examining and tuning database queries to get to avoid performance issues and get the most out of it. - Maintaining production servers (Debian, CentOs).
