- Re-engineered the location detection algorithm, made business-critical logic changes and code optimizations, increasing its accuracy to 98.9% on the golden dataset. - Resolved 7 customer concerns and critical issues related to inaccuracies in location data as part of the 16.10 product release (Nov 2021). - Proposed and implemented an innovative solution to include enhanced visual categories on the Sprinklr platform (60 in old model -> around 5000 in new model). - Introduced tags and mapping between old and new categories to include both types of categories for customers to see and filter from, thereby avoiding any inconvenience. - Identified and worked on bugs/issues based on priority, and on major features (1-2 every quarter, collaborating with PMs, Senior Devs, QAs and Support Engineers in the process). - Fixed production issues relating to slowness, lags, high loads, etc. during oncalls, kept the alert resolution time within 1-2 hours on average.
