Creating a data alarm retrieval system where each small machine component has three types of alarms, successfully fetching data in real-time from approximately 3000 alarms, and processing the obtained data using OPCUA into a format that can be stored in a database were key components of this system. Optimizing the backend and database performance was crucial in developing this system. The system utilizes ExpressJs based on NodeJs, which greatly supports data retrieval from machines. Developing APIs for the frontend was also an integral part of this system, named Big 5 Alarm. Creating an information system that displays energy usage data for a specific location and successfully processes and calculates electricity, gas, and oil usage data. It successfully processes data down to the granularity of energy usage for a single product produced. Calculation, processing, and reporting of data are key elements of this information system. The system, named EMS (Energy Management System), utilizes ExpressJS based on NodeJs.
