Rigorously designed and developed a system for Java data conversion for government-based message formats that utilized Junit testing for accurate results. Developed a byte message translation program from the ground up, converting complex binary data into structured JSON format, enhancing data readability and system interoperability. Promoted coding standards and best practices, ensuring the solution was scalable, maintainable, and in line with the organization’s technical roadmap.
