Devised an innovative program that optimized matching of crops to fields across the country based on geographical fit and big-data from previous years’ harvest per land. Designed a new farmers’ subsidy scheme based on this optimization that boosted national agricultural yields. Advised and reported directly to the Minister on various policy issues based on quantitative analysis of relevant data; i.e. feasibility of in kind oil subsidies, effects of rural to urban migration on agricultural production, national net self-sufficiency conditions etc. Supervised a project on identification and promotion of disadvantaged groups in agricultural employment.

Transformed the bureaucratic and ineffective Agency to an internationally applauded labor market catalyst that fills over a million jobs annually. Introduced “On-the-job Training Subsidies” as a new pillar of unemployment benefits to enhance the link between vocational/tertiary education and employment, enabling a reduction of national unemployment of youth by a third. Guided the IT department; ▪ to design IT solutions in communication with all other departments for their and customers' needs, ▪ to digitize and improve public employment services towards better match making between employers and job seekers, ▪ to introduce a map-based match-making system that allows job-seekers to seek near-by job opportunities on mobile devices.

Successfully completed the economics-centred, multidisciplinary MPA/ID program, which combines rigorous training in analytical and quantitative methods with an emphasis on policy and practice. Courses include; PhD level micro and macro economics, econometrics, behavioural economics, institutions and development, globalization, negotiations. Activities and Societies: ▪ Head of HKS Turkish Caucus; organized a trip to Turkey for 30 schoolmates in 2011 Spring Break to visit touristic places as well as meet political figures such as H.E. President Abdullah GÜL and some Ministers of Turkey. ▪ Member of Kennedy School Student Government (KSSG).
