Build data cubes for enterprise financial planning and logistics team who used predictive Discrete Event Simulation Model for asset procurement. Single resource to migrate legacy Omega (oracle based) ML solution to data lake in big data environment, included 207+ programs migration to presto and data swarm, well versed with writing and optimizing SQL queries in presto, Hadoop ecosystem. Following CI/CD standards and Facebook internal version of Git for code versioning. Build KPI (Volume, Self-served users, Order Lead Time, Asset Recovery Rate etc.) dashboards on Unidash, tableau and high charts. Some of the other databases involved in this project are postgresSQL, mysql and Oracle bring data into Hadoop data lake and building tableau dashboard out of it. Used dataswarm orchestration pipeline tool like airflow for building ETL pipelines. Worked closely with Data Scientist for understanding, sourcing, and building data cubes into aggregated or rolled up dimensions into data lake using dataswarm pipelines. Created visualizations using Tableau and uni dash for executives on TV display for daily monitoring and weekly trends.
