Currently responsible for managing a technology transformation engagement where customer is shifting existing mainframe based application to a Pega based contact center application . Leading a team based out of UK , Chennai and Kolkata . POC for delivery management , revenue forecast , automation ROI calculation and customer management . Apart from delivery management , at Cognizant I am also involved in working on developing solution accelerators and automation frameworks . Have given customer presentations on the same and also worked on establishing test strategy for newly started accounts. Have also written white paper on FATCA regulation and currently working on cloud migration initiatives. During my last 7 years in Cognizant have worked with 4 customers cutting across USA ,UK and Asiapac . From an automation standpoint , have worked as an automation test engineer and as a automation test lead for an US based financial customer . Have also received 2 awards for my work at Cognizant.
