Led a full migration of a customer-facing project from Vue2/Nuxt2 to a modern tech stack, establishing the repository and CI/CD pipelines with custom GitHub Actions. Spearheaded the development of a scalable design system in collaboration with the UX team. Redesigned the application using custom UI components to replace Vuetify, significantly reducing bundle size and improving performance. Enabled hosting of multiple SPAs on the same domain using AWS CloudFront. Devised and coordinated a system for inter-platform communication between WebView and the native app.
