*Listening to questions and concerns of BUSY users regarding different RTE errors and solving them with the help of Remote desktop software (Any desk, ultra viewer etc.) • Giving assistance to the junior team members regarding how to handle the customers’ queries related to the GST mismatch, TDS entries and day to day accounting entries. • Providing support services to the partners and customers which are escalated from a junior team members. • Working on spreadsheets and importing data sets from MS excel to BUSY software on customer and partners demands. • Working on data sets of MS Access for converting it to MS SQL database using the BUSY software or vice versa.
