• Experience in software development, analysis, integration and building REST APIs. • Lead and mentor team of software engineers/developers by teaching skills in requirement analysis, formulating correct mindset before proceeding with development, self-learning, issue handling, code management and Odoo framework to improve team overall performance. • Handle 24 developed modules modularization, improvement and maintenance of projects, Mobikul, Delivery Boy, Affiliate Management, Multi-Level Marketing, Elastic Search, Multiple Payment Acquirers, Single-Sign-On (SSO), Chatbot and Google Service Integrations. • Handle Front-end and Back-end technologies and technical requirements of the projects by onboarding new tools during development to elevate project quality and shorten timeframes of project deliverables. • A subject matter expert and primary point-of-contact for project managers and cross-functional teams. • Manage Mobikul and Web Application projects in Agile and Waterfall environment. • Monitor ongoing operation of assigned programs and responded to problems by diagnosing and correcting logic and coding errors. • Confer and work closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to provide project reports, milestones update by participating in the product backlog sprint planning. • Revise, modularize and update codes to modern development standards, reducing operating costs and improving functionality. • Coordinate with cloud engineering team members to determine system loads and develop improvement plans. • Part of the Hiring team.
