Designed and developed the profiles feature of our mPaaS Platform to enable multitenancy storing sets of data in “Profiles” with the number of profiles being equal to the number of products the customer registers for. • Designed and implemented a system for data and document collection, as well as sufficiency calculation, for Mahindra accounts. This system defined requirements for entire business, including its related entities like Business Owners currently used for all Mahindra accounts registering on the platform, processing approximately 1000 registerations per day. • Added the feature in our service for verification configs to be set and executed on a combination of identifiers instead of one to verify secondary users through an automated system. • Led a team of 3 developers to implement functionality to allow investigators to unlock suspended accounts to allow them to try and reverify their data and documents, spanning 5 services, and correcting the state of the customer.

Designed and developed a system to group contextually related infrastructure alerts (issues) to reduce the Mean Time to Resolution. Modeled the infrastructure dependencies as a graph problem and used graph algorithms like BFS, Union-Find and identify the root cause for a bunch of alerts. • Engineering lead for designing and developing the fintech transaction dashboard that provides a rich visual summary of daily user purchase patterns. Used by the board of directors in the decision-making process.
